Hi, I'm Denise McCoy and my love for design goes back to my childhood when I turned shoeboxes into little homes by adding cardboard walls, popsicle stick flooring, wallpaper and paint. Over the past 20 years, I have continued designing on a larger scale and sharing ideas and organizing tips with friends and family.
My design philosophy includes organizing and staging concepts that make sense, create efficiency and add value. I specialize in upcycling and reimagining spaces with minimal demo and economical design tips and tricks. This is especially helpful for new home owners who likely paid more than they thought they would for their home - affordable upgrades to increase appeal and value are still possible!
If you are putting your house on the market and want to increase your chances of a great offer then staging is an absolute must! I offer a few options depending on your budget or time and can even assist with some of the packing to make the process more efficient.
Organizing is also a passion of mine - whether it is creating space and flow, repurposing or recycling items, cleaning out clutter, or creating storage solutions - I take a practical approach to organizing that can be easily adopted and maintained.
